    The advantages of vacuum-sealed food and Sous-vide cooking not only convince star chefs: With the sous-vide cooking method, the ingredients are cooked Sousvide - “under vacuum” - without loss of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. This means that the natural flavors of the food are completely preserved at a constant low temperature of 50 to 95 degrees.
