Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, after 14 days of purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Many types of goods are not returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. It also does not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To make a return, we always ask for a purchase receipt or payment order as proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • A product that is not in its original packaging is damaged or has missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
  • A product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

1. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Once your returned product has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined. Once approved, refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment over a period of time.

2. LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before the refund is officially processed.

3. EXCHANGES

We will only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same, send us an e-mail to info@homeandkitchen.ee and send your product to: Liikuri tn 8a, 13618, Tallinn, Estonia.

4. DELIVERY

To return the product, you should send your product to Liikui tn 8a, 13618, Tallinn, Estonia.

You will have to pay all the costs to return your shipment. Postage on product return is non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you send the product value of over 90 euros, you should choose a traceable delivery service or delivery buy insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
