- The Quooker load switch is a 3-way adapter that allows you to connect the Quooker reservoir, the Quooker CUBE and a third device, e.g. a dishwasher, to the same socket. The power switch is intended to prevent overloading the circuit. It detects when the third device is in operation and switches the Quooker reservoir to standby mode if the other device uses too much power. This means that the other device will function normally and the Quooker system will continue to allow you to draw the existing boiling water, but will not heat new water while the other device is in use.
