• KB induction

  Many professional chefs swear by this form of cold energy. Induction can be used precisely like no other type of energy - lightning fast, finely adjustable, energy-saving and safe. The secret of induction: the energy is only transferred exactly where a pot with a magnetizable base is placed on the cooking surface. This direct heat generation directly in the bottom of the pot ensures extremely short cooking times with low energy consumption. Since the cooking surface itself does not get hot, nothing can burn on it.

• KB pot and pot size detection

  Pot detection/pot size detection is integrated into all induction cooking zones: Sensors determine the size of the cookware and thus switch on the induction heating circuit when a pot is placed on it.

• KB cooking surface sensor operation

  Exemplary sensor electronics take over the control of the electronic cooking surfaces: a light tap of the finger on the sensor surface is enough and the desired cooking zone is switched on.
  With the easy-to-use sensor buttons, you can control all other functions in addition to the cooking levels.

• KB power level

  KÜPPERSBUSCH induction cooking surfaces offer the option of increasing the performance of individual cooking zones by switching on the power level. This means that heat is available even more quickly when needed.

• KB stop-and-go button

  The integrated STOP-AND-GO button offers great safety convenience. With this function button, there will no longer be any unpleasant surprises after the doorbell rings or the telephone suddenly rings, because a tap on the STOP-AND-GO button is enough and all activated hotplates are stopped at the set heat level. When you return, just tap it again to continue the cooking process.
