  A ring heating element, which is placed in the rear wall of the oven, surrounds the fan wheel and ensures cooking on up to four levels without the taste or smell being transferred from one food to the other.

  The entire interior of the oven, just like the baking trays, is coated with the non-stick surface ökoEmail /- or ökoEmailPlus. With its extremely smooth and non-porous surface, this coating prevents fat and frying residue from sticking. This makes laborious cleaning as unnecessary as aggressive, environmentally harmful cleaning agents. With ökoEmail /-ökoEmailPlus together with the ökotherm® oven catalyst, wiping with a damp cloth is usually enough and the interior is like new again.

  Especially with large pieces of roast, it is not always easy to judge the doneness from the outside. That's why top and amateur chefs use the meat thermometer. This provides reliable information about the core temperature and therefore the doneness of the roast. So it is cooked to a delicate pink, au point or bien cuit to the exact degree as if by itself.

  The Küppersbusch ökotherm ® oven catalystr converts dirty, greasy roast air into clean air. The air contaminated with grease, odors and suspended matter is sucked in by the fan wheel and pushed through the catalytic converter.
  All unwanted substances are converted into water and carbon dioxide without leaving any residue. This means the oven stays much cleaner and only clean air comes out of the oven.
