The Küppersbusch ökotherm ® oven catalytic converter converts dirty, greasy roast air into clean air. The air contaminated with grease, odors and suspended matter is sucked in by the fan wheel and pushed through the catalytic converter.
All unwanted substances are converted into water and carbon dioxide without leaving any residue. This means the oven stays much cleaner and only clean air comes out of the oven.

The doneness is not always easy to judge from the outside, especially with large pieces of roast. That's why top and amateur chefs use the meat thermometer.
