As an alternative to the BUF 125+, berbel has developed a closed filter system for cabinet installation. This means that 100% of the circulating air is returned to the room. There is no activated carbon filter on the fan socket of the built-in hood, but rather a recirculating air filter box. This in turn contains an activated carbon recirculating air filter. Its filling can be changed every 2 years without having to replace the filter. The newly designed filter ensures less back pressure and more vapor capture with the usual service life. Installation is extremely easy, both for doors with hinges and for cabinets with lift fittings and synchronization struts. Depending on the installation situation, the filter can be removed towards the front and, if the doors are hinged, even upwards. The stainless steel cover grille can even be removed without tools as it is held magnetically. With 500 mm, the filter system sits directly on the fan socket. If the cabinet height is greater, there is a round tube on the fan socket that can be adjusted on site and connects the fan box and filter system.
